KANSAS CITY, Mo. – sipVine welcomes Kent Seaton to the family!  He will assume responsibilities for our VoIP Systems Engineer role and serve as a key member of our technical support department.  Along with supporting critical infrastructure development initiatives, Kent will also contribute to our tier two technical support structure.  Colin Wells, sipVine's CTO states:

"It is important that every member of our technical support department stay in tune with the needs of our customers.  There's no better way to do this than participate in the daily support needs with the customers.  Engaging in our custom builds and supporting any requested changes keeps our team aligned with our customers and fulfills our desire to act as their phone department as opposed to a vendor of services." sipVine_at_work-_Colin_Wells-1

Kent brings solid technical expertise and experience to sipVine.  Being involved in consultation and customer training in the past will provide a solid foundation for participation in our customer support activities.  His background in Linux and core system programming will help sipVine continue to develop our feature set and continue to refine our service reliability and quality standards.

sipVine will continue to add to its sales and service teams, fueling and supporting our nationwide growth.  “We are thrilled to add Kent Seaton to our growing company”, adds Robert Conner, sipVine's CEO.  “We are confident he will add to the quality organization into which sipVine has evolved and deliver the service and expertise our customers have enjoyed!”

Welcome, Kent.  You are joining a great team!
