The pricing for sipVine’s Hosted Phone Service is simple and straight-forward. There are three types of charges: one-time, monthly recurring and variable usage based.
One Time Charges:
As you establish service, you will purchase pre-configured VoIP phones from a variety of options to meet your needs. We will help you decide what phone works best for you.
Additionally, there is some additional equipment you will need to buy: a router or a transparent bridge with our VoIP QoS software installed and other optional equipment, such as an analog adapter for fax/credit card machines or a Power over Ethernet switch.
Monthly Recurring Charges:
sipVine charges a monthly recurring charge per user. We have a sliding scale price point based upon the number of users you have on the system. Low usage phones, such as conference rooms and break rooms, are priced at our lowest tier from the start.
These flat-rate user charges do not change, unless you add or delete users from your account. All of the features, including unlimited local and long-distance calls and administrative support, are included in this one flat rate per month.
Variable / Usage Based Charges:
The only variable charges you will experience as a sipVine customer will be for toll-free and international usage (if applicable) and administrative changes above our limit of 10 per month (rare).
