On-Site Business Phone Service - sipVine Pricing

The pricing for sipVine’s On-Site Business Phone Service is simple and straight-forward.  There are three types of charges: one-time, monthly recurring, and variable usage based.

One Time Charges: 

The On-Site system consists of dual, redundant core PBX servers deployed in an active/passive configuration which provides for instantaneous fail over in the event of equipment failure.  sipVine’s operating software is pre-configured and ready for implementation.

Additionally, you will have your choice of IP enabled phones that are right for your business needs.  Depending upon your needs and configuration, there may also be some ancillary equipment required.


Monthly Recurring Charges:

sipVine will provide Sip Trunks to enable your connection to the public telephone network.  As opposed to a traditionally PRI where you buy access in blocks of 23 channels, we can help size the number of Sip Trunks necessary to accommodate your concurrent call volume.  Adding or deleting single Sip Trunks takes minutes, so sipVine can meet changing call demands for your business.

Pricing for Sip Trunks is based upon a sliding scale depending upon the number required.  Additionally, sipVine has a recurring service charge for tier 2 help desk support and general maintenance.  The cost of this maintenance is a fraction of what you would experience with traditional phone manufacturers.

 

Variable / Usage Based Charges:

 

The only variable charges you will experience as a sipVine customer will be for toll-free and international usage (if applicable).
