  • Hosted Solutions

  • On-Site Solutions

The entire sipVine solution is available at a fraction of the cost of a traditional phone system.  You purchase the phones, router, and some ancillary equipment and pay a straight-forward monthly fee.  That’s it!  There are no hidden fees, charges or expensive PBX equipment purchases.  There is a one-time site setup fee which includes the installation of all of your phones.
Traditionally, our customers choose phones ranging from $130.00 to $300.00 depending on the company's needs.  The monthly charge is computed based upon the number of desk phones you have:

Checkout our monthly charges per desk phone lines:

Number of Phones Cost
9 phones or less $42.95
10 To 19 phones $32.95
20 To 29 phones $28.95
30 To 39 phones $24.95
more than 40 phones $20.95
sipVine knows that not all of your company's phones will be used as significantly as others. This is why we offer special, reduced rates on Receptionist Lines, Conference Room Lines, Break Room Lines, Outbound Fax Lines and 800-Number Lines. Please contact us for details on those rates. sipVine feels strongly that we should pass along to our clients the cost-saving solutions that we develop in-house. We offer each company, free of charge, two fax lines. The faxes go directly to email accounts of your choice, eliminating wasteful paper print-outs of every fax. Additional inbound fax lines can also be purchased for the low rate of $5.95 per fax line.

For a typical four-person company, the on-going monthly expenses would be less than $200.00 a month! Don't forget - that includes UNLIMITED Local and Nationwide Long-Distance calling and every Feature and Benefit that the sipVine phone system provides!

sipVine offers On-site solutions for those customers who want to manage their phone systems themselves.  Phone servers are sized depending upon the number of users and level of redundancy required by the customer.  These servers typically are a fraction of the cost of traditional PBX equipment.  Customers would also choose the type of phones appropriate for their needs, typically ranging between $130 and $300 each.

The number of SIP trunks required is dependent upon the number of concurrent calls the customer experiences.  sipVine experts assist the customer in sizing the entire on-site solution.

Monthly recurring charges for On-site solutions are as follows:

Number of SIP Trunks Cost
9 trunks or less $42.95
10 To 19 trunks $32.95

On-site customers will also have a $45/phone annual maintenance contract.  Additionally, low cost toll-free lines and international calling rates are available as required.

A SIP Trunk is a service offered by an ITSP (Internet Telephony Service Provider) that permits businesses to use VoIP (Voice-over-IP) with their existing PBX phone system.

For enterprises wanting to make full use of their installed IP-PBXs and not only communicate over IP within the enterprise, but also outside the enterprise a SIP trunk provided by an Internet Telephony Service Provider to connect to the traditional PSTN network is the solution. Unlike in traditional telephony, where bundles of physical wires were once delivered from the service provider to a business, a SIP trunk allows a company to replace these traditional fixed PSTN lines with PSTN connectivity via a SIP trunking service provider on the Internet.

SIP trunks can offer significant cost-savings for enterprises, eliminating the need for local PSTN gateways, costly ISDN BRIs (Basic Rate Interfaces) or PRIs (Primary Rate Interfaces).

SIP Trunks

There are three components necessary to successfully deploy SIP trunks: a PBX with a SIP-enabled trunk side, an enterprise edge device understanding SIP and an Internet telephony or SIP trunking service provider.

The PBX
In most cases the PBX is an IP-based PBX, communicating with all endpoints over IP, but it may just as well be a traditional digital or analog PBX. The sole requirement is that an interface for SIP trunking connectivity is available.

The enterprise border element
The PBX on the LAN connects to the ITSP via the enterprise border element. The enterprise edge component can either be a firewall with complete support for SIP or an edge device connected to the firewall, handling the traversal of the SIP traffic.

The ITSP
On the Internet, the ITSP (Internet Telephone Service Provider) provides connectivity to the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) for communication with mobile and fixed phones.
