When an on-demand recording of individual calls is not sufficient for business purposes, sipVine provides an optional service for call recordings and storage. Many businesses need their calls to be recorded for training, quality assurance, or compliance purposes and the sipRecord portal is an efficient and reliable solution.
All incoming and outgoing calls involving external parties can be recorded. The customer can define what calls are recorded, such as mainline inbound calls, inbound calls to direct dials, outbound calls, or some combination. Internal calls between employees are not recorded. The recordings are stored by sipVine at our secure data center.
Recordings can be easily found by searching by elements in the naming convention of the file. If you know the date, number calling in, number called, or extension dialing out, you will be able to search and retrieve the file you are looking for. In the search bar, type in the element you are looking for and hit enter. A list of recordings will be displayed. Click on the file and the action drop down to listen, download, delete, and more.
If you do not need to have all of your calls recorded, you can still record calls on-demand by hitting *1 on your phone as you are on the call. Recordings will be sent to your email address during after-hours processing.
